Axioma is a financial technology company building the future of risk management through innovation. They understand that recruitment is an integral part of reaching their lofty goals. In fall of 2015, I was approached with an opportunity to help Axioma reinvent their recruiting materials into something more vibrant and fitting for the vibrant tech-savvy millennial they need on their side.
Lauren Kosteski helped them workshop their language, while I designed custom illustrations correlating to Axioms 5 core values and revamped their iconography. We helped them create a journal that doubled as a guidebook to the company’s past, present and future.
